Your information.
Handled with care.
How Coden collects and uses information on this website.
Who this notice covers
This notice covers getcoden.co, its early-access list, contact requests, and expressions of career interest. Coden is operated by MUST Technology Pte Ltd, Singapore. Use our privacy request form to reach the team responsible for information collected here. Product-specific processing terms will be provided before a production HR or payroll service is activated.
Information you provide
Early-access registrations include your email address and selected market. Contact and demo requests include your name, email, topic, and message. For sales enquiries we also collect your company, employee-count range, market, main priority, and any phone number or current-system information you choose to provide. These details help our team qualify and follow up on your request. A demo request can also include limited referral context: the first Coden page visited in that browser tab, recognised referral provider, and campaign source, medium, campaign and creative labels. We use this to understand which content or campaign led to an enquiry. We do not include a full referring URL, advertising click ID or search terms. Career-interest submissions include your name, email, area of interest, profile link if provided, and introduction. Privacy requests include your name, email, request type, optional explanation, and a generated reference. For demo and career-interest consent, we store the consent purpose, notice version, and time. Please do not provide government IDs, bank details, payroll records, health information, or information about other people.
How we use it
We use your submissions to respond to your request, discuss early access, consider your interest in working with Coden, and maintain a record of those communications. We do not sell personal information or use website submissions for advertising profiles. We rely on your request and consent where required; you may ask us to stop follow-up through the privacy request form.
Infrastructure and technical data
Cloudflare hosts the website and stores submissions in D1. Network services necessarily process information such as IP addresses, request metadata, and security signals to deliver and protect the site. We do not intentionally include form contents in application logs. Form abuse protection uses short-lived, hashed rate-limit keys derived from network information; these keys are not stored with your lead or application. Fonts are hosted on this website. See our service-provider disclosure.
Access, storage, and international processing
Submissions are available to authorized Coden account administrators through our hosting provider. Demo requests are also sent using Cloudflare Email to our authorised sales team’s business mailbox, together with their reference and referral context, so the team can respond. Mailbox access and retention follow our request-handling process. Infrastructure processing may take place outside your country, including through Cloudflare’s global network. This website does not promise country-specific data residency. Do not use these forms to transfer employee datasets.
Retention
We retain submissions while they are needed to respond to the request or maintain the relevant early-access or recruitment conversation. You may request deletion or withdraw career interest at any time. Retention needs are reviewed when a request is closed; information that is no longer needed should be deleted, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements and provider backup lifecycles.
Your choices and requests
You can request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent using privacy request form. Tell us which email address you used and the type of request. We may need to verify that the request relates to your own information. Rights and applicable exceptions depend on your jurisdiction; nothing in this notice limits rights granted by law.
Children and updates
This website is intended for professional and business use, not children. We may update this notice when the site or its data practices change and will revise the effective date. Material changes affecting a submitted request will be communicated where required.
