Scope
This website is operated by MUST Technology Pte Ltd, Singapore (“Coden”, “we”, or “us”). These terms apply to browsing getcoden.co and using its public forms and product previews. A paid or production service will require separate terms identifying the contracting entity, service scope, pricing, and responsibilities. Submitting a form does not create a subscription, payment obligation, employment relationship, or guarantee of access.
Using the website
Use the website lawfully and provide information you are authorized to share. Do not impersonate another person, submit misleading information, or use the site to interfere with systems or other visitors. Our Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited activity.
Early access and demonstrations
Features shown on this website may be concepts or previews. Dashboard names and figures are illustrative. The website does not execute payroll, provide tax or legal advice, or file documents with government agencies. Availability, scope, and timelines will be confirmed directly before onboarding.
Your submissions
You retain rights in the information you submit. You authorize Coden to process it to handle the request, subject to our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential employer records or third-party personal data. We may reject abusive or unrelated submissions.
Website content
Coden’s branding, design, and original website content may not be used to misrepresent an association with Coden. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses. You may share links to public pages. See Licenses for third-party notices.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but the website and previews are provided as available and may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or privacy rights.
